With an experienced staff of this size, someone is always on hand to assist you.    FEE ACCOUNTANTS Cheryl Reetz - Manager cherylr@cnaber.net Cheryl has been with the firm since 1978 following graduation from Grand Island School of Business (back in the day when it still existed!).  Cheryl and her husband farm in the area.  They have a daughter and a son.  Besides enjoying life in general, Cheryl likes to spend her "spare" time gardening, camping and helping out on the farm!      Sandi Staehr - Manager sandis@cnaber.net Sandi has worked for the firm since 1999 as a fee accountant.  Sandi received a BA in education from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, in 1970.  After teaching high school for a few years, she switched to accounting and has been employed in that field ever since.  Sandi's husband works as an inventory controller. She and her husband are sports enthusiasts and enjoy attending University of Nebraska games as well as attending high school sporting events and being active members of the booster club.      Cathy Broughton - Fee Accountant cathyb@cnaber.net Cathy has been with the firm since April of 2007.  She has an Associates Degree in Accounting.  She is married and has two children.  Cathy enjoys spending time with her children and reading.         Carol Green - Fee Accountant carolg@cnaber.net Carol has been with the firm since July of 2000.  She is married with three children and six grandchildren.  Carol has worked in many positions over the years, due to her husband being in the U.S. Coast Guard and moving frequently.  They are now "retired" from the military and have settled here to enjoy their family.     Cheryl Weisheit- Fee Accountant cherylw@cnaber.net Cheryl started with the firm in 2004.  She has a BA in business from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.  Cheryl and her husband have one son.  In her spare time Cheryl enjoys cross-stitching, and selling items on Ebay.   Sue Nienhueser - Fee Accountant suen@cnaber.net Sue has been with the firm since 1989.  Sue has a BA in business from Kearney State College.  She is married and has one daughter.  Sue enjoys spending time with her family, reading and shopping.         ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT   Janet Beck - Administrative Assistant janetb@cnaber.net Janet has been with the firm since 1986 following graduation from the Grand Island School of Business.  She is married and has two children.  Outside the office, Janet enjoys spending time with her family and attending sporting events.     DATA ENTRY   Jan Strong - Data Entry jans@cnaber.net Jan has been with the firm since 2000.      Joyce Hamling - Data Entry and REAC Submissions Joyce has been with the firm since 2003.  Joyce is our REAC specialist.

York Housing Authority     Brenda Belifore - Administrative Assistant yha@alltel.net Brenda has been at the York Housing Authority since 2001. Her husband Joe is the maintenance man for the York Housing Authority. They have 2 daughters. Brenda loves spending time with her family, camping, jet skiing and bowling.       Charlene Johnson - H/A Secretary yha@alltel.net Since 2000, 'Char' has has worked for the firm as an office assistant at the York Housing Authority.  In this position, she is the first impression the public receives of  our agency.  Her previous employments have included secretarial work at a mental health center and state probation office.  She and her husband have 6 children and 38 grandchildren.  Char enjoys spending time watching the grandchildren grow, attending their various sports, and watching the Atlanta Braves and Nebraska Cornhuskers games on TV, bowling, playing Freecell and reading.
