When you send us your monthly work, did you include...

  • Bank Statement with cancelled checks (or copy with check imaging detail)
  • Deposit Breakdown with copies of Rent Receipts
  • Copies of checks and invoices
  • Copies of LOCCS draw down (with check numbers or approved expenses)
  • Investment information (interest statements, copies of CD interest earned)
  • Monthly Rental Register
  • Capital Fund information and copies of budgets and revisions
  • Copies of HUD correspondence
